...and Home Again!

On our way home from vacation, we dropped Josh off at our friends the Holloway's to help out with their Cola Clash. Since he he didn't get to help out with our War, it was nice he was able to do that:-)
So, on Thursday, Mom, Autumn, Melody, Timothy, Serenity, and I, went to the Holloway's house. Our main reason in going was to help Mrs. Holloway organize her school things. Of course, the bonus was going to the Cola Clash!
Because, the Holloways always provide us with bread when we see them, we like to return the favor by giving them meat and other stuff like that. We had a lot of fun picking out things to give to them! :-)
When we first got there, we three girls helped Mrs. Holloway organize her sewing/craft stuff. So, now she has her own special spot to do all that. While we did this, Mom began selling the extra school books.
Autumn and I then started on the elementary boys' room. We wanted to give Peter a nicer desk than the one he already had, then give the junker and smaller desk to one of the little boys. We cleared the bookcase and put the books in the closet, then moved the desk to the highschool room. We also moved Thomas into the highschool room.
Then, it was time for the Cola Clash! Caitlyn Dillhoff had already invited us, so we were on her team, the Coke Team! (Go Coke!!!) But that didn't stop Josh from trying to recruit us to his team:-)
Andrew, Peter, Caitlyn, Autumn, Melody, and I were all on the same team. Josh, James, Thomas, and Timothy were in the Pepsi team.
I sort of on purpose left my ankle braces at home, so I couldn't play Spoke tackle. I wasn't too crushed though:-)
The Coke team won the second night!!!
Next day, we worked on moving Peter and Thomas into the highschool room. We recruited Philip to help us, but Autumn and I weren't sure what to keep or throw away. So we called for reinforcements! Josh, James, Peter, and Thomas came in and helped throw things away, and organize more things. A couple of the boys found the "theme song" for the Cola Clash(and the War too). It got pretty loud in there with at least ten people in the room:-)
Also on Friday, Mom and Mrs. Holloway went shopping for decorations. While they were gone, they left us three girls in charge!! This is the point where everybody cheers and yells, PARTY!!!!!!!!. Well, we didn't do that. :-)  Promise! (we actually put the little kids down for a nap, listened to Adventures in Odyssey, and made supper instead:-) )
When we came back from Cola Clash, we found a complete wall painted with chalkboard paint! Now, each of the boys has their at least three squares for Mrs. Holloway to write chores, lessons, and other things on it.
Edit: my mom wanted me to add that she spent four hours measuring, painting and repainting:-)
Second day of Cola Clash.
Pepsi won Close Range Bombardment. (at least I think that's its called:-\ ) It's pretty much just dodge ball on steroids
But Coke won at Tug of war! The Pepsi team was so light! I was kind of disappointed because I really, really, wanted to get muddy. I would have just jumped in, but you lost team points if you did:-( So, who won the entire week? It was pretty much dependent on the inside game since each team won a game outside. And............COKE WON!!!!!!!! Go Coke!!!!!(I'm just rubbing it it for the poor Pepsi team *ahem*)
We had to leave that night:'(
Next stop, Cedar Point!!!!

Just Kidding:-)

Maybe.
Carissa Faith:)
P.S. No pictures yet. I'll ask Josh:-)
